The team of Baumann Consulting GmbH & Co KG; Baumann Consulting, Inc; Guthannß-Wehlte-Wehner mbH;  J+M Engineering, LLC; and JMc Architects is pleased to be working with the German Federal Office, represented by the Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning (BBR,) to provide technical consulting services for the proposed renovation of the ambassador’s residence at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Washington, DC. The design team is led by the German architecture firm Richter+Partner and local architect of record Page Southerland Architects, with additional team members Kempen Krause Ingenieure and Förster Engineering.
