Dormitory Renovation

JMc Architects was part of the Design-Build team for the renovation of a dormitory building on the campus of a prominent university in Washington, DC. With Pivot Construction, 2RW Consultants, Inc., and Matteo Ferran Structural Engineers PLLC. This comprehensive interior renovation reconfigured and built out eight dwelling units, each with three private rooms, a shared bathroom, kitchenette, and laundry. A new basement utility room relocated and updated building services.
